It is a great honor for me to introduce Miami Lyric Opera, a company created to satisfy operatic needs of Opera lovers in the Miami area and to provide an accessible alternative for the enjoyment of the marvelous magic of the Opera.

MLO made its official presentation to the public as a Non-Profit Organization, on October 31, 2004, but started operating as an opera group a year earlier at Manuel Artime Theater and other local venues.
